There are rumors that Paul Okoye's wife, Anita Okoye, would take the singer to court.

Anita Okoye, who is now divorced from Paul Okoye, has filed a lawsuit against him on the grounds that he cheated on her while they were married. Paul Okoye is a well-known vocalist who is a member of the band P-Square.
In the year 2021, word got around that Paul Okoye and his ex-wife, Anita, had abruptly ended their marriage. It was reported that Anita had placed part of the responsibility for the breakup on her husband's adultery as well as his failure to provide enough care for the couple's children.

On Friday, photographs of court records showing that Anita had sued Paul Okoye in an Abuja High court went viral. The paperwork stated that Anita had brought the lawsuit. The evidence demonstrated that Anita was the one who initiated the legal action. She also said that she had a conversation with the artist as well as other ladies on many occasions.
Anita also said that the singer was having an affair with Florence, one of their housekeepers, and that this was something that she saw firsthand.
After his estranged wife and her sister discovered that Paul Okoye was having an affair with the housemaid, the records that were leaked state that Paul Okoye evicted his wife and her sister.
It was also alleged that the singer was proud of it and that he justified it by saying that it was a method to chop his wife's wings so that she could not depend on anyone else.
Anita further said that Paul Okoye did not put much effort into training his children and did not care a great deal about the upbringing of his children.
She further claimed that he breached a commitment by not providing her company, TannkCo, with a place in the mall, despite the fact that she had given him N10 million to purchase the site and develop the mall using the money she had given him.
She stated all of them as the reasons why she intended to bring a lawsuit against the other party.
They had been together for almost a decade before getting married in 2014, and they now have three children between them.
