This is a legal agreement between you and the company.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY the COMPANY THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

You further agree to the following:

1.You agree to provide Company with any information reasonably requested by the Company as part of its investigation into Improper Conduct.

2.Once we have distributed your song to all digital stores, your song stays active on all stores for as many years, there will be no renewal fee.

3.You shall pay the company for the Services which shall include distribution of your Recordings. We are not obliged to provide any Services above and beyond what has been paid for.

4.Your song gets promoted on our platform (Gospelflavour.com) and also distributed to all digital stores (Itunes, Amazon Music, Spotify, etc)

5.We shall be entitled to increase or reduce our prices.

6.After your song has been distributed on all digital stores, you will have to push your song further using the fan link generated for you by the company to enable you to generate more Royalties.

7.The third party account created for you will be handed over to you after your song has been distributed and the company has no hands-on damages made to the account.

8.As a first-timer your report (Earnings/Streams) from all digital stores will reflect on the third party account within some months after distribution.

9.You will always cash out 100% of your Royalties at any given time without giving any percentage to the company.

10.your bank account must be linked to the 3rd party account once your earnings are ready.

11. Songs uploaded on www.gospelflavour.com are not monetized, the site (gospelflavour.com) is only expected to expose your song to the public (promotion) and there are no finacial benefits.

12.After your song has been distributed to all digital stores we dont gurantee any amount of stream/earnings an Artiste will get from digital stores, everything depends on your song performance on those stores.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood Company’s Privacy Policy as more fully described on the Site, and by using the Services and the Site you have expressly accepted the terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to deliver all necessary information, songs, Music artwork or any other information or music in the format required. You agree that Company will not finalize your distribution without your information being complete.
